01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unwrap Brie and place on prepared baking sheet. Optionally, score top rind in a crosshatch pattern to allow topping to penetrate.
03 - In a bowl, stir together dried cranberries, chopped pecans, maple syrup, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and sea salt until evenly mixed.
04 - Evenly spread cranberry and pecan mixture over the surface of the Brie.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until Brie softens and begins to ooze, avoiding full melting.
06 - Transfer Brie to a serving platter and accompany with crackers, toasted bread, or apple slices.
