# What You Need:

01 - 4 salmon fillets, skin-on or skinless, 6 oz each

→ Vegetables & Fruit

02 - 1 large lemon, thinly sliced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

→ Pantry

04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
06 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced

# How To Make It:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil.
02 - Place salmon fillets skin side down on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Drizzle olive oil over fillets, then evenly sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder or minced garlic.
04 - Layer lemon slices atop the salmon and scatter chopped parsley over them.
05 - Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
06 - Remove from oven, garnish with extra parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
