01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish
02 - Whisk mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract in large bowl until smooth
03 - Mix rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in separate bowl
04 - Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined
05 - Gently fold blueberries into batter
06 - Pour batter into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with nuts and chia seeds if using
07 - Bake 35–40 minutes until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean
08 - Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature
