01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, dried fruit, coconut, and salt. Mix well.
03 - In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, gently heat peanut butter, honey, and melted butter together until smooth and combined.
04 - Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
05 - Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, using a spatula or your hands to create an even layer.
06 - In a microwave or over a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
