05 - Add the quick-cooking oats to the saucepan and fold them into the chocolate mixture until every oat is thoroughly coated.
06 - Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, drop rounded spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Gently shape into rounds if desired.
07 - Allow the cookies to cool and firm up at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. For faster results, place the baking sheets in the refrigerator until set.
