- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Lay turkey slices flat on a clean work surface or cutting board. Pat dry with paper towels if needed.
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of prepared stuffing on each turkey slice. Top with half a slice of cheese.
- Roll up each turkey slice around the stuffing and cheese, starting from one end and rolling tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed to hold the shape.
- Arrange the roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, placing them close together but not overlapping.
- Pour the gravy evenly over all the roll-ups, ensuring each one gets coated.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove toothpicks before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
